Directions
From the Garden State Parkway
Exit 145 - Rt 280 East to First Street, Newark exit. Make a right onto First Street; at the third light, turn left onto West Market Street. Make the first right turn onto Bruce Street and follow the parking instructions below.
From Route 1
Follow signs for Route 21. On the bridge, bear right onto Broad Street. Continue on Broad Street past City Hall to William Street. Turn left, follow William Street into its left merge with Springfield Avenue. At the next main intersection, turn right onto Irvine Turner Boulevard, then left onto South Orange Avenue. At the second light, make a right onto Bruce Street. Follow parking instructions below.
From Route 280 West
Take Exit 14 (Clifton Avenue) up ramp to first light. Turn left; Clifton becomes Norfolk Street. Continue on Norfolk to South Orange Avenue and make a left. At the second light, make a right onto Bergan Sreet. Continue to West Market Street. Make a right onto West Market Street and then the next right onto Bruce Street. Follow parking instructions below.
From Route 78 East
Take W. Peddie Street/Elizabeth Avenue exit 56 (left side exit off local Rte 78E). Follow signs for W. Peddie Street. Bear right at the "Y". Make a left onto West Peddie at the stop sign and go two blocks to Ridgewood Ave. Make a right on Ridgewood and go two blocks to west Apline. Make a right on West Apline and go one block to Irvine Turner Blvd. Follow Irvine Turner to Orange Ave. At the second light, make a right onto Bergen Street. Follow Bergan to West Market Street and make a right. Take the first right onto Bruce Street. Follow parking instructions below.
Parking
Park in one of the numbered spaces on the left side of Bruce Street or in the school parking lot to the left off Bruce Street, if space is available. The main entrance door is at front of the original building. Ring the door bell by pressing the panel marked with a bell on the outside wall to the left of the door. DO NOT PARK IN THE PLAZA MALL LOCATED BETWEEN WEST MARKET AND CABINET STREETS. CARS OF NON-CUSTOMERS ARE ROUTINELY TOWED.
